Prices shown are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated on product pages.
GST will be applied per Indian tax rules (generally 18% for most print services unless specified).
We may update prices, specifications, offers, and availability without prior notice.
Quotes shared offline or over WhatsApp/email are valid for the duration mentioned therein (usually 7 days) unless withdrawn earlier.
For customized orders, you are responsible for providing accurate artwork/content with the necessary rights/licenses.
We share digital proofs/mockups where applicable. Production starts only after your approval.
Minor color variance (±10%) may occur due to device/ink/material processes; this is considered acceptable industry tolerance.
Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
We do not store full card details on our servers.
Orders go into production only after payment realization unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Indicative production timelines are shown on product pages or order confirmations.
Complex jobs/large volumes may need additional time.
Force Majeure and courier delays are outside our control.
We dispatch via reputed logistics partners.
Risk passes on delivery to your address or to your representative/courier as applicable.
Please inspect packages on delivery and record any damage with the courier; notify us within 24 hours (see Shipping & Delivery Policy).
You confirm you own or are licensed to use all materials you upload.
You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content.
Our templates, mockups, site content, and brand assets are our IP and may not be reproduced without permission.
No content that is illegal, hateful, infringing, obscene, counterfeit, or violates governmental/emblem/flag/military insignia laws or third-party rights.

Customized goods are generally non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
