Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Custom/Personalized products: Cancellable within 2 hours of payment or before proof approval (whichever is earlier). Once approved or moved into production, cancellation is not possible.

  • Ready-stock/Non-custom items (if listed): Cancellable before dispatch.

Refunds

  • Approved cancellations or returns (as per this policy) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Bank or card processing timelines may vary.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Returns/Replacement (Custom Goods)

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item, size, or material delivered.

  2. Manufacturing defects.

  3. Printing errors not present in your approved proof.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video and your order ID at mail@mybrandingcompany.in.
After verification, we will remake/replace the product or issue a partial/full refund as appropriate.

Color/Minor Variations

Minor color variations and small alignment differences are considered industry-standard tolerances and are not treated as defects.

Damaged in Transit

Please note any damage with the courier at the time of delivery and email us within 24 hours along with photos or video evidence for claim processing.
